Our platform enables the sharing and receipt of confidential and sensitive information across multiple internet-enabled devices such as smart phones, tablets, and computers. By utilizing self-destructing mechanisms,ChatFinder ensures that information shared through our mobile application and online services remains protected from unauthorized access after a predetermined time period. Your use of our Services is subject to the Terms of Service, which can be found on our website and within the application and are referenced in our
Privacy Policy. We strongly advise you to carefully review these terms before using any of our Services.
Acceptable Use Of Our Services
As a user of our Services, you are required to adhere to our Terms and posted policies. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in corrective action being taken against your account, including but not limited to account suspension or termination. If we take such action, you are prohibited from creating a new account without our express permission. The termination of your account will be conducted in accordance with the procedures outlined in the "Account Cancelation & Termination" section provided below.
The use of ChatFinder Services is subject to compliance with lawful, authorized, and acceptable purposes. Users shall not utilize the Services (or be aided by others) in any manner that violates ChatFinder's, our users', or any third-party's rights, including privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other proprietary rights. Users are prohibited from engaging in illegal, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive conduct or behavior, or encouraging illegal or otherwise inappropriate behavior, such as promoting violent crimes, endangering or exploiting children or vulnerable individuals, or coordinating harm. Falsehoods, misrepresentations, or misleading statements, impersonation, and sending illegal or impermissible communications, such as bulk messaging, auto-messaging, or auto-dialing, are strictly forbidden. Non-personal use of ChatFinder's Services is prohibited, unless explicitly authorized by ChatFinder.
Prohibition Against Harmful Conduct on ChatFinder. You must not (or assist others to) directly, indirectly, through automated or other means, access, use, copy, adapt, modify, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, license, sublicense, transfer, display, perform, or otherwise exploit our services in impermissible or unauthorized manners, or in ways that burden, impair, or harm us, our services, systems, our users, or others, including that you must not directly or through automated means:

- Creating accounts for our Services through unauthorized or automated means. This includes the use of bots, scripts, or any other automated system or software to create multiple accounts without our express authorization.
- Collecting information about our users in any unauthorized manner. This includes any attempt to scrape, crawl, or mine data from our Services, or any other method of obtaining user data without their consent.
- Selling, reselling, renting, or charging for our Services or data obtained from us or our Services without our authorization. This includes any attempt to monetize, license, or otherwise exploit our Services or user data without our express consent.
- Distributing or making our Services available over a network where they could be used by multiple devices at the same time, except as authorized through tools we have expressly provided via our Services. This includes any attempt to create a network or platform that uses our Services without our authorization.
- Creating software or APIs that substantially function like our Services and offer them for unauthorized use by third parties. This includes any attempt to copy, reproduce, or replicate our Services or any part thereof.
- Misusing any reporting channels, such as by submitting fraudulent or groundless reports or appeals. This includes any attempt to abuse or exploit our reporting channels or systems to submit false or misleading reports or appeals.
Ensuring the Security of Your Account on ChatFinder.
As a ChatFinder user, you are responsible for ensuring the security of your account and device. It is essential to keep your account safe and secure to prevent unauthorized access, and you must immediately notify us in case of any security breaches or unauthorized use of your account or our services.
For example, if you notice any suspicious activity, such as unauthorized logins or messages sent from your account, you must contact us immediately to report the incident. It is also recommended that you regularly change your password and avoid sharing your account credentials with anyone else.
Failure to comply with these security measures may result in the compromise of your personal information and that of other users of the ChatFinder platform. Therefore, it is vital to take responsibility for your account's security and report any suspicious activity promptly.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT FOR REGISTRATION AND USE OF CHATFINDER
The following terms and conditions (the "Terms") set forth the minimum age requirement for registering and using the ChatFinder services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.If you are not at least 18 years of age, you are not authorized to use the Services. If you are under 18 years of age, you must not access or use the Services.It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet the minimum age requirement. ChatFinder reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any user at any time.
By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to agree to these Terms in your country or territory of residence. If you are not old enough to have the authority to agree to these Terms in your country or territory, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf. You are responsible for obtaining the necessary parental or guardian approval.
ChatFinder Account Registration and Authentication Agreement
Registration Process: To use our Services, you must create an account with ChatFinder. During the registration process, we will require you to provide information such as your Display Name/ Full Name (“Sign-In Name”), a password (“Password”), and perhaps additional information that will assist in authenticating your identity when you log-in in the future (“Unique Identifiers”). You must ensure that all information provided during the registration process is true, accurate, current, and complete.
Unique Identifiers: You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and use of your EMAIL ID, Password, and Unique Identifiers. You are also responsible for any use, misuse, or communications entered through the Services using one or more of them. Each Email ID and corresponding Password can be used by only one user.
ChatFinder's Rights: We reserve the right to delete or change your Password, and all data related to your account at any time and for any reason. ChatFinder will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by any unauthorized use of your account.

Restricted Use of Intellectual Property:You may not use ChatFinder's copyrights, trademarks (or any similar marks), domains, logos, trade dress, trade secrets, patents, and other intellectual property rights unless you have our express permission and except in accordance with our Brand Guidelines. You may not modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from or otherwise connected to ChatFinder's Services without our prior written permission.
Use of Trademarks: You may use the trademarks of our affiliated companies only with their permission, including as authorized in any published brand guidelines. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of such trademarks.
Brand Guidelines: ChatFinder may publish Brand Guidelines from time to time, which may contain specific rules and instructions for the use of our intellectual property rights. You agree to comply with all such rules and instructions.
Consequences of Unauthorized Use: Any unauthorized use of ChatFinder's intellectual property rights may result in legal action, including but not limited to injunctive relief and monetary damages. ChatFinder reserves the right to take such action as it deems necessary to protect its intellectual property rights.
ChatFinder's License: In order to operate and provide our Services, you grant ChatFinder a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, display, and perform the information (including the content) that you upload, submit, store, send, or receive on or through our Services. The rights you grant in this license are for the limited purpose of operating and providing our Services (such as to allow us to display your profile picture and status message, transmit your messages, and store your undelivered messages on our servers for up to 30 days as we try to deliver them).
This license is necessary to enable ChatFinder to provide our Services to you. By uploading, submitting, storing, sending, or receiving information through our Services, you grant ChatFinder permission to use and display that information to other users and to operate and improve our Services. This license is non-exclusive, which means you retain the right to use and share your information with others.

Unauthorized use of ChatFinder is strictly prohibited. You must not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or beyond the scope of the platform's intended use. This includes activities such as fraudulent activity, intentionally interfering with the operation of the platform or other users' use of the platform, and intentionally gaining unauthorized access to the platform.
In addition, you must not:
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes and within the expected scope of the Services. Example: You may use ChatFinder to search for information or connect with other users, but you may not use it to engage in illegal activities such as selling illegal substances.
- Do not intentionally interfere with the operation of the Services or any other user's use of the Services. Example: You may not use ChatFinder to send spam or flood the system with requests, disrupting other users' ability to use the platform.
- Do not intentionally gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users' accounts. Example: You may not attempt to hack into ChatFinder's systems or gain access to another user's account without their permission.
- Do not merge the Services with other software or create a competing product. Example: You may not use ChatFinder's search results to build a competing search engine.
- Do not resell, sell, lease, lend, redistribute, sublicense, assign, or otherwise transfer the Services to any third party. Example: You may not sell access to ChatFinder or any information obtained through the platform to another person or company.
- Do not use the Services to compete against ChatFinder. Example: You may not use ChatFinder to create a competing platform or search engine.
- Do not alter, modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or hack the Services, create derivative works from the Services or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the Services. Example: You may not attempt to reverse engineer ChatFinder's code to create a similar platform.
- Do not remove or alter any copyright notices or other notices included in the Services. Example: You may not remove ChatFinder's logo or copyright notice from any content obtained through the platform.
- Do not alter or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with ChatFinder. Example: You may not create a fake ChatFinder website to trick users into providing personal information.
- Do not intentionally transmit any viruses, bugs, worms, or any other computer code of a destructive nature or that may harm a network, computer, server, hardware, software or telephone equipment using the Services. Example: You may not use ChatFinder to spread malware or other harmful software.
- Remain solely responsible for any message data sent from your account. Example: You are responsible for any messages you send through ChatFinder, including any illegal or harmful content.
- Use the Services in accordance with all applicable laws. Example: You must comply with all relevant data protection laws when using ChatFinder.
- Do not use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction methods in connection with the Services. Example: You may not use automated tools to scrape user data from ChatFinder's platform.
- Do not breach, or attempt to breach, the security of the Services. Example: You may not attempt to bypass ChatFinder's security measures to gain unauthorized access to the platform.
- Do not use the Services or export the Services in violation of applicable export laws and regulations. Example: You may not use ChatFinder to export controlled technology to a foreign country in violation of applicable laws.
- Do not solicit any activity, unlawful or otherwise, that infringes ChatFinder’s rights or the rights of any other party. Example: You may not use ChatFinder to promote illegal activities or infringe on others' intellectual property rights.
- Do not enable others to violate any of these terms and conditions. Example: You may not provide access to ChatFinder to someone who is using the platform in violation of these terms and conditions.
OWNERSHIP : ChatFinder recognizes the registered email and device owner as the sole user of the account. You are fully responsible for all actions taken using your account on your device. You must immediately notify us and confirm in writing of any unauthorized use of your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password used to access the Services. If you provide any information in connection with your registration, you agree to maintain accurate, complete, and current information. You agree that we may require you to verify your ownership of an account by sending a verification code to the registered email address and/or by requesting reasonable documentation to show your ownership of the device and account in order to accommodate certain requests by you
SUBSCRIPTION AND IN-APP PURCHASES AGREEMENT
Subscriptions : ChatFinder may, in the future, introduce paid subscription plans, such as monthly, yearly, weekly or daily plans. Users may download the Application through a third-party platform or subscribe to the Company’s Services through the Company’s website and then download the related Application through a third-party platform. When a User purchases a subscription, payment may be processed by third parties who act on behalf of the ChatFinder or directly by the third-party platform (e.g., Apple or Google). Rates for services are listed in the Application and in the applicable app store. The ChatFinder reserves the right to modify its rates at any time and/or to offer special promotions. All payments are non-refundable. Subscription payments will auto-renew unless canceled in accordance with the Terms of Service. If a User purchases the Application through a third-party platform and has a billing dispute, the User must contact the respective third-party platform to seek a remedy. If a User purchased a subscription to the Company’s Services through the Company’s Online Services, the User should contact the Company.
Free Trial : ChatFinder may provide a free trial period during which the User can use all features of the Services for a limited period of time. The User acknowledges and agrees that their free-trial subscription will automatically renew as a paid subscription unless the User cancels before the end of the trial period in accordance with the Cancellation section of the Terms of Service.
Automatic Renewal : Paid subscriptions to the Company’s Services are auto-renewing. The User will be charged the stated subscription amount for the subscription period upon completion of their registration and submission of their payment information or, if applicable, at the end of their free trial period if they have not canceled at least 24 hours in advance of the expiration of the trial period. The User hereby agrees to and authorizes automatic (recurring) billing, and they agree to pay the charges made to their account in connection therewith. They will be billed at the then-current applicable subscription price plus any applicable taxes. Payments for renewal subscriptions are processed using the same billing cycle as the User’s current subscription. Subscription fees may change at any time, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law. The User’s subscription, and monthly billing of their account, will continue indefinitely until canceled by the User in accordance with the Cancellation section of the Terms of Service.
Account Upgrading and In-App Purchases. ChatFinder provides Account Upgrading and In-App Purchases as prepaid services. Users should refer to the Google Play payment agreement and terms of conditions before purchasing In-App items.
NEW FEATURES and UPDATES
Modification of Services. ChatFinder reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any features or functions of the Services, at any time, without prior notice to you. As a user of the Services, you understand and agree that ChatFinder may periodically communicate with our servers, and may require updating the Application on your Devices when new versions or features become available. Such updates may occur automatically or upon prior notice to you.
Acceptance of Terms. By continuing to use the Services after any modifications have been made, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the then-current Terms of Service. In the event that any subsequent versions of the Services are made available, you acknowledge and agree that we may require your review and acceptance of our then-current Terms of Service before you will be permitted to use such versions
Support for Previous Versions. ChatFinder has no obligation to provide support for previous versions of the Services, including but not limited to updates, supplements, or subsequent versions. You acknowledge and agree that any obligation we may have to support previous versions of the Services may be terminated upon the availability of updates, supplements, or subsequent versions of the Services.
Changes to Terms of Service
ChatFinder may modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice to you. Your continued use of the Services following any updates to these Terms of Service constitutes your agreement to be bound by the modified Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any changes made to these Terms of Service or to our
Privacy Policy, as they may be updated from time to time, you must cease using the Services immediately. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service periodically for any changes or updates.
Cancellation of Subscription:Users may choose to cancel their subscription and recurring payments at any time through the platform where the ChatFinder application was downloaded, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Please refer to the instructions provided by the respective platform to discontinue your subscription. It is important to note that if you have a paid subscription, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused balances if you choose to discontinue your subscription. Additionally, once the charge has been processed for the billing period, there are no refunds on subscriptions.
Account Termination: ChatFinder reserves the right to cancel or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably suspect that you are committing fraud or otherwise violating our Terms of Service. We may also terminate your account if you violate our policies or engage in any conduct that we consider inappropriate.
NO WARRANTIES; DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS
Warranties. You acknowledge and agree that ChatFinder does not represent or warrant that the content and any other data or information provided through the service will be accurate or complete. You also acknowledge and agree that the service may contain bugs, errors, and other problems that could cause the service to be unavailable or to fail to deliver messages or otherwise be unreliable. Consequently, the service and the content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, including that the service or the content will be error-free or uninterrupted or that the service, its servers, or the content are or will be secure or free of computer viruses or similar contamination or destructive features.
Disclaimers. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, warranties of title, merchantability, non-infringement of third parties' rights, and fitness for particular purpose and any warranties arising from a course of dealing, course of performance, or usage of trade.
Limitation of Liability. In no event will ChatFinder, its affiliates or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers or directors be liable for (i) any incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages, lost profits, lost revenue or anticipated savings, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption arising out of the terms of service or resulting from the use or inability to access and use the service or the content, regardless of the cause of action (including tort and breach of contract) even if foreseeable, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages; and (ii) any direct damages arising out of the terms of service or that you may suffer as a result of your use of the service or the content, exceeding, in the aggregate, the higher of fifty dollars ($1) or the total fees that you have paid to us within the one(1) months immediately preceding the events giving rise to any claim for such damages.

You acknowledge and agree that ChatFinder may utilize trusted third party service providers or partners to assist in providing the Services and to support ChatFinder's business operations and marketing efforts. These third party providers may include, but are not limited to, marketing partners, infrastructure partners, and service providers that assist us with customer support and analytics tools. The Services provided by ChatFinder may contain links or other forms of access to third-party websites or content, also referred to as “External Sites”. ChatFinder provides these links and/or access solely for the convenience of its users, and does not endorse or guarantee the content found on such External Sites. The content of External Sites is created and maintained by third parties, and any concerns or questions regarding such content should be directed to the appropriate site administrator or webmaster. ChatFinder assumes no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any linked External Sites, and makes no representations or warranties regarding such content. It is recommended that users take necessary precautions when downloading files from any website to protect their devices from viruses or other harmful programs. By accessing External Sites through ChatFinder’s Services, users acknowledge and assume all risks associated with such access.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
ChatFinder offers various Services that may contain content, including proprietary software, text, graphics, images, and other material provided by ChatFinder or its partners (collectively, the "Content"). The Content, excluding sensitive and confidential information shared between users, is protected by intellectual property rights under both United States and foreign laws and is owned by ChatFinder or its licensors. No right, title, or interest in or to any Content is transferred to you, except as expressly permitted under the Terms of Service. The trademarks, service marks, logos, product names, and company names (the "Trademarks") used and displayed on or through the Services are registered and unregistered trademarks or service marks of ChatFinder and its licensors. Without our prior written permission specific for each such use, nothing in the Services or in the Terms of Service shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use the Trademarks. All goodwill generated from the use of the Trademarks inures to the benefit of ChatFinder and its licensors, as applicable. Elements of the Services are protected by trade dress, trademark, unfair competition, and other state and federal laws and may not be copied or imitated, in whole or in part, by any means, including but not limited to the use of framing or mirrors.
At ChatFinder, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that any Content posted or distributed on our platform violates your copyright, you may send a copyright infringement notice to our email address with proof of your copyright ownership.
- A detailed description of the copyrighted work that has allegedly been infringed and the specific location where the infringing material can be found.
- The location of the original or authorized copy of the copyrighted work.
- Your full contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Forum and Venue. If you are a ChatFinder user located in India or from other country, please note that any claim or cause of action against ChatFinder related to or arising out of our Terms or Services, and any claim or cause of action that ChatFinder files against you, must be resolved exclusively in the court located in the Ernakulam district of Kerala, India. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such a court for the purpose of litigating any such claim or cause of action, and the laws of India will govern any such claim or cause of action without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Governing Law. The laws of India govern our Terms, as well as any disputes that might arise between ChatFinder and you, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Time Limit to Bring a Claim or Dispute. These terms also limit the time you have to bring a claim or dispute, including the time to start a court action or small claims proceeding to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We and you agree that for any dispute (except for the excluded disputes defined below) we and you must bring claims within 14 Days after the dispute first arose; otherwise, such dispute is permanently barred. This means that if we or you do not bring a claim within one year after the dispute first arose, then the claim will be dismissed because it was started too late. No other courts are allowed.
ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
ChatFinder values free and open communication and sharing of information. However, in case of competing interests, ChatFinder reserves the right to take necessary measures to protect such interests. To safeguard these interests, ChatFinder has formulated an Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) that supplements the Terms of Service and defines your rights and obligations while using the services. ChatFinder may revise this AUP without any prior notification. Your continued use of the services after any changes to the AUP will imply your acceptance of the updated terms.
Please note that ChatFinder does not verify, monitor, or guarantee the accuracy and quality of the information available on the platform. Therefore, you must exercise your best judgment in using the information provided and be aware that some content may be offensive. ChatFinder will not be held responsible for any harm resulting from inaccurate, unsuitable, offensive, or illegal communication as it does not monitor or censor user communications.

- Using the platform to view, advertise, transmit, store, post, display, or otherwise make available child pornography or obscene speech or material.
- Using the platform as a means to transmit or post defamatory, harassing, abusive, or threatening language.
- Sending unsolicited bulk and/or commercial messages (spamming).
- Forging or misrepresenting message headers, whether in whole or in part, to mask the originator of the message.
- Accessing illegally or without authorization computers, accounts, or networks belonging to another party or attempting to penetrate security measures of another individual's system (hacking).
- Distributing information regarding the creation of and sending Internet viruses, worms, trojan horses, pinging, flooding, mailbombing, or denial of service attacks.
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including, without limitation, advertising, transmitting, or otherwise making available ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, fraudulently charging credit cards, or pirating content.
- Collecting any market research for a competing business
- Taking any action that imposes or may impose (in our sole discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our technical infrastructure or interfering with or attempting to interrupt the proper operation of the platform.
The responsibility for avoiding these harmful activities rests primarily with you. ChatFinder does not monitor user communications to ensure compliance with the Terms of Service, this AUP, or applicable law. However, if we become aware of any harmful activities, we may take any action necessary to stop such activity.
