We offer types of account creation options

  • Register with your own email address.
During the account registration process, we request your email address, password , full name or display name, gender, date of birth, and country.
1. Email Address : Your email address is required to create a new account, as it serves as a unique identifier for you on our platform. We do not mandate email verification, however, we do send a verification email to the provided email address for your convenience. In addition, we recommend that you verify your email address during the registration process. This helps in case you forget your password, as we can retrieve your account by sending a password reset link to the verified email address.
2. Full Name or Display Name : We recognize the importance of privacy and do not require you to provide your actual full name during registration. You may provide any human-readable name that complies with our terms of service, and it may be in any language. However, there are some restrictions on the length of your display name or full name. In addition, we want to remind our users that the use of foul language is strictly prohibited on our platform. We expect our users to communicate in a respectful and appropriate manner. Any violation of our code of conduct may result in the suspension or termination of your account. - In simple - We believe that the name entered by the user as their full name or display name is a temporary name used for social identification and may not necessarily be their actual name.
3. Gender : When specifying your gender during registration, you are free to choose any gender identity that best represents you. For instance, a male may choose to identify as female or other. We utilize this gender information to filter user accounts and display it on your profile.
4. Date of Birth : To register and use our platform, you must be at least 18 years of age. You are free to choose any date of birth from the list (18+) during registration, which we use to calculate your age. It is important to note that your age is used for filtering user accounts and displaying it on your profile.
5. Country : We need your country details to enhance your user experience and optimize our service. By selecting a country for your profile page, you can find other users who share your interests and preferences. You can also access the most suitable regional server or data center for faster and smoother performance. You have the freedom to choose any country you want, even if it is different from where you live. For instance, you can pick India as your country even if you reside in London.
6. IP Address : We need your IP address to verify your identity and protect your account. We store your IP address in our database in an encrypted format along with the time of registration. We also use your IP address to find the nearest city to you and show you relevant content and services based on your location.
7. Display picture : You can select any image as your display picture, but please follow the policy and terms of service of chatfinder. We do not allow images that contain sexual or violent content. Your display picture will be stored on our server until you delete your account or your account gets suspended. We reserve the right to remove or delete or change your display picture at any time if it violates the policy and terms of service of chatfinder. Please read and follow the policy and terms of service carefully before uploading your display picture.
8. Device and connection information : We collect certain information automatically when you use our services, including the type of device you are using, the version of your operating system, a randomly-generated identifier for your device, system performance details, and your IP address.
9. Advertising Information: This includes information about the ads you view and interact with, such as the type of ad, the ad network serving the ad, and your interactions with the ad.

Deactivation and Uninstallation.
You have the option to deactivate your account and uninstall the ChatFinder app from your device to cease all information collection by the app. However, please note that upon uninstallation, the unique identifier associated with your device will still be stored by us. If you choose to reinstall the ChatFinder app on the same mobile device, we will be able to re-associate this identifier to your previous transactions and activities. By deactivating your account and uninstalling the app, you acknowledge and agree to the retention of your unique identifier by ChatFinder for the sole purpose of re-associating it with your account upon reinstallation of the app.
Email Opt-Out.
If you receive commercial emails from us, you have the right to opt-out of receiving such emails at any time by following the instructions provided within the email. You may also contact us to opt-out of receiving promotional communications from us. Please note that it may take up to ten (10) business days to process your opt-out request, during which time you may continue to receive promotional communications from us. Even if you opt-out of receiving commercial messages from us, you will still receive transactional or administrative messages related to the services we provide.
We collect certain standard information that your web browser or mobile device sends to us, such as Internet Protocol (IP) address, MAC address, clickstream behavior, and telemetry. We use cookies and SDKs to collect this information, which helps us make your use of our services easier, more efficient, and personalized. We may also use cookies and SDKs to collect information, usage, and statistics from your use of our services for analytics or re-engagement purposes or to connect to ad networks to run in-app ads.

ChatFinder does not warrant that any information provided by us is accurate, complete, or useful, that our services will be operational, error-free, secure, or safe, or that our services will function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections. We do not control, and are not responsible for controlling how or when our users use our services. We are not responsible for the actions or information (including content) of our users or other third parties. By using ChatFinder, you release us, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, partners, and agents (together, "ChatFinder Parties") from any claim, complaint, cause of action, controversy, or dispute (together, "Claim") and damages, known and unknown, relating to, arising out of, or in any way connected with any such Claim you have against any third parties.
Limitation of Liability: The ChatFinder Parties will not be liable to you for any lost profits or consequential, special, punitive, indirect, or incidental damages relating to, arising out of, or in any way in connection with our terms, us, or our services, even if the ChatFinder Parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability relating to, arising out of, or in any way in connection with our terms, us, or our services will not exceed one dollars ($1). The foregoing disclaimer of certain damages and limitation of liability will apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The laws of some states or jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some or all of the exclusions and limitations set forth above may not apply to you. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in our terms, in such cases, the liability of the ChatFinder Parties will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Availability of our Services: Our services may be interrupted, including for maintenance, upgrades, or network or equipment failures. We may discontinue some or all of our services, including certain features and the support for certain devices and platforms, at any time.
